The joint venture (JV) is a small, disadvantaged business under the Small Business Association (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program, headquarted in Washington D.C. While PCI|Bhate JV LLC can pursue a variety of different opportunities across the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal agencies, market targets include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). Targeted services include: environmental remediation; Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Remediation; environmental compliance, including fence-to-fence services; and other related environmental segments. Both firms supporting this JV deliver excellence to our corporate clients, separately as well as teamed.
